RTA integration terms

Scope and eligibility

These terms apply specifically to the Realtime Avatar integration hosted on this domain for ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor, previously called Realtime Avatar Practice. It is a general-audience AI avatar conversation service for users aged 13 and over, or the higher minimum age required locally. If you are under 18, use the service with a parent or guardian's permission. Do not use it if you are under 13. These integration-specific eligibility terms supersede the general RTA platform's 18+ requirement only for this experience; they do not create a developer account or grant access to other RTA products.

What the service does

Realtime Avatar supports general conversation with an optional user-selected topic, plus interview, English conversation and fictional city-guide modes. You interact with an AI avatar, not a human or licensed professional. Replies may be wrong. The service does not make employment decisions or provide medical, legal or mental-health care.

Appropriate use

Keep conversations suitable for a general audience. Sexual or romantic interactions, graphic violence, harassment, self-harm encouragement, dangerous instructions, impersonation and requests to bypass safeguards are not supported. Do not share sensitive personal information, account credentials or another person's private information. The avatar is instructed to decline inappropriate topics and redirect to a safe conversation; this does not guarantee that every response is correct.

Controls and limits

Preparing a scenario does not start a call. Click Start to begin and End to stop. Microphone input is optional; you can use typed replies. Camera streaming and call recording are disabled. This hosted technical review has a shared, persistent limit of three calls, each at most 45 seconds, and a fixed review end date. No payment is collected from the visitor; the operator supplies review capacity. Availability is limited and may end when that capacity is used.

Content and termination

You retain your rights to content you provide and authorize its processing only as needed to supply the requested conversation. You can stop the session or disconnect the integration. We may refuse abusive use or use that risks others. This page does not grant rights to copy other people's likenesses or voices.
